Our Mission:

TO GIVE HOPE.

We believe in showing the way, not just talking about it!

Our Focus & Work

Our work is to Rescue and Protect monkeys (Specifically humanized non-human primates) utilizing education, nutrition, revised husbandry, and public awareness.

There are more than 15,000 Small Primates in the Private Pet Trade, and over 15,000 more previously used in medical research. Most of these animals are improperly housed, cared for, and most are suffering as a result. Our dedication is to give them a better life, show them proper care, and end the improper ownership of these precious monkeys.

Additionally, as a sanctuary, we care for many native wildlife species including Red Fox, Bobcats, Coyotes, Ground Hogs, Badgers, and more. Native Wildlife species housed at SPARTN are unable to be rehabilitaed for release back into their natural environment. We provide them a place to live out their lives with safety, security, proper health and nutrition and in a surrounding that mirrors their natural habitats.

CHANGING LIVES IS DONE IN DEEDS NOT WORDS

Showing Not Saying!

"It is our hope to change the future of monkeys by demonstrating care, sharing their lives, rescuing the often forgotten and neglected and showing the world there is a future of life with humans and monkeys"

— Michael Robison, Founder

SPARTN began in late 2020 after more than 20 years of serving as a wildlife rehabilitation specialist/Volunteer and living with Exotic animals throughout my lifetime. Now in 2025, we have multiple partners across the United states. SPARTN partners with other wildlife ranches and groups to provide resources for the animals we rescue and and the teams who rehabilitate. Our partners provide WORLD-CLASS care, protection, and privacy for the animals we love most.

As a registered 501c3 Non-Profit we rely on the generosity, care, and participation of our community to provide the best possible care and future for the animals we serve.
